KENYA - Tented camp safari, 10 days

Day 1 : Hong Kong - Nairobi

Flight Hong Kong - Nairobi with Kenya Airways

Day 2 : Nairobi - Tsavo West  (B,L,D)

On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to a restaurant for breakfast.  After breakfast, depart for Tsavo West National Park via Mombasa / Nairobi Highway to arrive in time for lunch at Voyager Safari Camp.  Afternoon game drive.  Dinner and overnight at Voyager Safari Camp.

Day 3 : Tsavo West (B,L,D)

Morning and afternoon game drives at Tsavo National Park.  All meals and overnight at Voyager Safari Camp.

Day 4 : Tsavo West - Amoseli  (B,L,D)

After breakfast,  morning drive via Chyulu HIlls to Amboseli National Park, one of the most popular parks on the Tanzania border offering unique spectacle; the backdrop is the snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest mountain proudly standing at 19,344 fts and sometimes known as the "Roof of Africa".  Lunch will be served at Kibo Safari Camp.  Afternoon game drive until sunset.  Dinner and overnight at Kibo Safari Camp.

Day 5 : Amboseli - Lake Nakuru  (B,L,D)

After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru via Nairobi and drive down the floor of the Great Rift Valley escarpment to Lake Nakuru National Park, a protected game sanctuary for endangered species such as the Black/White rhino, Rothschild Giraffe among other usual game such as the leopard and lion.  The park is world-renowed for its millions of pink Flamingoes found around the lake.  Lunch will be served at your camp.  Afternoon game drive to return for dinner and overnight at Mbweha camp.

Days 6-8 : ake Nakuru - Maasai Mara  (B,L,D)

After an early breakfast, morning drive across the Rift Valley escarpment to Maasai Mara Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch at Nyumbu Camp.  During your three days, you have the opportunity to explore this great reserve in depth.  You will have the chance to see elephants, giraffe, prides of lion, and thousands of impala, topi, grant's and Thomson's gazelle.  The Mara is the scene of annual migration of millions of wildebeest up from the Serengeti plains in search of water and grasses.  While in Mara, you will have the option to float above the Mara-Serengeti ecosystem on board a hot air balloon followed by a gourmet champagne breakfast.  There is also an optional day-trip to the second largest fresh water lake in the World-Lake Victoria where you can fish for giant Nile Perch.  You can also visit a Maasai tribal village and enjoy entertainment by Maasai dancers.
Overnight at Nyumbu Camp.

Day 9 : Maasai  Mara - Nairobi   (B)

After breakfast, morning drive back to Nairobi and transferred to airport for departure.

Day 10 : Arrival Hong Kong

Arrive Hong Kong on next day in the afternoon.
